Adding a bookmarklet

If you’re having trouble installing the bookmarklet, follow these instructions:
* Click on the above link with your left mouse button and hold it down
* Move your mouse to your browser’s “Links” toolbar and release the mouse button
 * Notice that you may need to drop the link in between two existing links

If you are still having trouble, right-click on the above link and select “Add to Favorites” or “Bookmark This Link…” depending on your browser. If you get a security warning, hit “OK.” For Internet Explorer users, choose to create the bookmark in your “Links” folder.

For Firefox users, choose to create the link in your “Bookmarks Toolbar Folder” folder.

In Internet Explorer, if you can't find your Links toolbar, it may be hidden like the image to the right. So, you’ll need to move it to where it is visible. To do this, right-click somewhere on the toolbar and unselect “Lock the Toolbars.” Then, find the small “Links” label (probably on the right hand side) and drag it to below your address bar (where you type in web addresses).

You should now be able to see all the bookmarks in you “Links” folder. If you’d like, you can re-lock the toolbar by right-clicking and selecting “Lock the Toolbars.” If you don’t see the LCLS Book Lookup bookmarklet in the “Links” toolbar now, click the link and drag it to the toolbar again. The finished product should look something like the image to the left.
