Pennsylvania Do Not Call List:
Pennsylvania Law, alllows you to avoid unwanted telephone solicitation calls. Telemarketers in most instances are prohibited from calling anyone whose name is on a "Do Not Call" list administered by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. There is no fee for registering on the list. Once enrolled, your name and telephone number will remain listed for five years, or until the number is no longer valid, which is the shorter period.

The law provides some exceptions, even if you are registered, for example companies that have a business relationship with you. To stop these calls, just ask to be placed on their Do Not Call List or removed from their call list.

Register for Pennsylania Do Not Call List or call 1-888-777-3406

National Do NOT Call List - Register here or call 1-888-382-1222

Your registration will not expire. Telephone numbers placed on the National Do Not Call Registry will remain on it permanently due to the Do-Not-Call Improvement Act of 2007, which became law in February 2008. Read more about it at http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2008/04/dncfyi.shtm.
