New User Sign-In
On the right side of the Learning Express Library home page is a Please Sign-In box. Customers create personal accounts in which to take, score and save their practice tests. • Click New User to get the New User Registration page, and choose a personal username and password. • Click Continue. The Registration Summary will show your username but not your password. Click Continue again. You are now ready to choose a subject and test preparation materials.
Returning User Sign-In
Once you have used and saved tests, you can return to them later to finish or review them.
• In the home page Please Sign-In box, click
Returning User to get the Welcome Back to Learning Express
Library page. • Enter your username and password. • Click Continue. • Choose a new subject and practice test, or click My Account
to return to tests you have saved .
Forgotten Passwords
If you know your username but have forgotten your password, you can contact Learning Express Customer Service to find out what the correct password is:

Be prepared to give the following information: • your own name • your username • your home phone number or email address
During business hours (9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday - Friday):

The representative will give you the password or arrange to phone or email you back. • By email: Send an email with the above information, asking for your password. A representative will phone or email you back with your password.
Outside of business hours:
• By phone: Leave a voice mail message with the above information, asking for your password. A representative will phone or email you back on the next business day. • By email: Send an email with the above information, asking for your password. A representative will phone or email you back on the next business day.
Using LearningExpressLibrary At the top right corner of most pages is a Help button which will connect you to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about using this service. Each practice test has its own procedures and instructions. Print out and read these carefully, since they differ from one test to another. At the top is each test page is a button bar with several options, such as Instructions, Questions, Finish Later, Score My Test and Change Display, as well as a counter showing Time Remaining.
Selecting Finish Later takes you to the My Account page, where you will see a list of all tests you have begun and/or finished. You can return to and finish a test anytime within 30 days of the day you start.
You can also reach My Account by clicking the button at the top right corner of many pages. My Account allows you to Continue a chosen test or to start a new test by clicking Add Products.
You can also change your password or enter or change your email address by clicking Change Your Password or E-mail and competing the form.
Whenever you wish to leave LearningExpressLibrary.com, click Sign Out in the top right corner first.
