Get immediate access to the eBranch resources with an eCard. Fill in the information below and your e-Card will be sent to your email address.

Already have a Lycoming County Library System Library card?
You can use it.   Create an eCard with your own username and password or use your current library card.

e-Card features:
1) Immediate access, you choose your username and password
2) Look-up, change your account information at anytime.
3) No long card number to remember.
A regular library card is required to check-out library materials from libraries.
